When everyone has gone to bed, and I have had my bath, and I am dressed in comfy pj's, I fix myself something to drink, and a small snack, even just crackers.
Having a few moments by myself, ten, tweny minutes can make a lot of difference to me. It gives me time to think, read a little, relax.
I wonder this very same thing. I find myself constantly trying to calm down and figure things out. Unfortunately between working full-time and going to grad school I don't have much time.
